Instructions for Use
- With the Claasens Sausage Filler it is easy to make your own boerewors!
- Mount the sausage filler to a table top.
- Put the lever in place; hook the swivel pin into position.
- Lift the plunger and swing backwards before filling the cylinder with meat.
- Place the plunger in position and use the lever to press the meat through the cylinder.
- Pull out the split pin on the piston to loosen for cleaning.
- Hand wash with soap and warm water.
- Store in a clean, dry place.
